ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အစုအဖွဲ့ (CPG)

၂၀၁၃ ဇန်နဝါရီလတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သော ပထမအကြိမ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေး ဖိုရမ်တွင် မြန်မာအစိုးရနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများက ထိရောက်သော ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက် မှု နေပြည်တော် သဘောတူညီချက်ကို အတည်ပြုခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ နေပြည်တော် သဘောတူညီချက် အရ မြန်မာ အစိုးရအနေ ဖြင့် အမျိုးသား အဆင့်၊ ပြည်နယ်နှင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး အဆင့်နှင့် ကဏ္ဍ အလိုက်/ အကြောင်းအရာ အလိုက် အဆင့်များတွင် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖွဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်မှ ဦးဆောင်သော ပုံမှန် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည့် စနစ်များကို ဖန်တီး ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ဖြစ်ပြီး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ ဘက်မှ မြန်မာအစိုးရ၏ ဖွဲ့စည်းမှု ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်နှင့် အညီ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သော ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကဏ္ဍအလိုက်နှင့် အကြောင်းအရာ အလိုက် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို တက်ကြွစွာ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးရန်နှင့် အလုပ်အဖွဲ့များ အဆမတန် ပေါ်ပေါက်လာခြင်းကို ရှောင်ရှား ကြရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ သဘော တူညီချက်အရ ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် မြန်မာအစိုးရသည် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ဆွေးနွေး ညှိနှိုင်း၍ အောက် ဖော်ပြပါ ကဏ္ဍ ၃ ရပ် ပါဝင်သည့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာ ပေါင်းစပ် ညှိနှိုင်းမှု မူဘောင်ကို ချမှတ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

  • မြန်မာ အစိုးရနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အစည်းအဝေးများ
  • နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြား စီးပွား ဆက်ဆံရေးဌာနနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့ လုပ်ငန်း ကော်မတီ အစည်းအဝေးများ
  • ကဏ္ဍအလိုက် အလုပ်အဖွဲ့များ

အစိုးရ၏ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာ ပေါင်းစပ် ညှိနှိုင်းမှု မူဘောင်သစ်ကို တုံ့ပြန်သောအားဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်း များသည် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အစုအဖွဲ့ (DPG) ကို ဖွဲ့စည်း တည်ထောင်ရန် ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ် ကုန်ပိုင်းတွင် တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထိုအဖွဲ့တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ နှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံချင်း ဖြစ်စေ၊ အခြား နိုင်ငံအများနှင့် ဖြစ်စေ သဘောတူ ထားသော ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အားလုံးကို ပါဝင် ခွင့်ပြုထားပါ သည်။ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အစုအဖွဲ့အား UN နှင့် DFID တို့က ဦးဆောင် တာဝန်ယူကြပါသည်။ DPG ၏ ယေဘုယျ ဦးတည်ချက်မှာ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု အကူအညီများ၏ ထိရောက်မှုနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းမှုတို့ကို ပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ DPG သည် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား သတင်း အချက်အလက် မျှဝေရန်၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် အမျိုးသား အဆင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် များအပေါ် အမြင်များ ဖလှယ်ရန်၊ ၎င်းတို့၏ လုပ်ငန်းများကို ပေါင်းစပ် ညှိနှိုင်းရန်၊ အများ သဘောတူ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး မူဝါဒများ၊ သဘောထား များနှင့် သတင်း ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်းများကို ညှိနှိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ DPG သည် အစိုးရ အဖွဲ့အစည်း အဆင့်ဆင့်၊ ပါလီမန်နှင့် လူထု အခြေပြု အဖွဲ့အစည်း အားလုံးနှင့် လည်း ထိတွေ့ ဆက်ဆံရပါသည်။ DPG သည် ယခင် ရှိခဲ့သော အကူအညီများ ထိရောက်မှုရှိရေး မိတ်ဖက်အစုအဖွဲ့ (PAGE) ၏ နေရာတွင် အစားထိုး ဖွဲ့စည်းထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
