Likewise, ILO supported government in development and further operationalization of new Social Security Law (SSL) launched in 2012.

In support of the humanitarian response, a Cash Working Group (CWG) is linked the Inter-Cluster Coordination Group, bringing together cash programming experts from UN agencies, funds and programmes, NGOs and the Red Cross Movement. The Interagency Social Protection Group coordinates closely with the CWG as part of broader efforts to strengthen links between humanitarian and development tools and resources.
